2. Object
The purpose of these general terms and conditions of sale (GTCS) is to define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the sale of products offered by Chien Chic de Paris® on its website.
3. Products
Chien Chic de Paris® offers perfumes for dogs. The essential characteristics of the products and their respective prices are available on the Site. The photographs of the products are presented for information purposes only. Packaging may differ from that shown on the Site.
4. Price
Product prices are indicated in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes (TTC), including the VAT applicable on the day the order is placed. Chien Chic de Paris® reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood that the price appearing on the Site at the time of the order will be the only one applicable to the customer.
5. Order
Orders are confirmed once payment has been accepted. Chien Chic de Paris® reserves the right to refuse any order for legitimate reasons, particularly in the event of suspected fraud.
6. Payment
Payment can be made by credit card, PayPal, or any other payment method offered on the Site. Transactions are secured by a payment service provider.
7. Delivery
Products are delivered to the address indicated by the customer at the time of ordering. Delivery times are indicative and may vary. Chien Chic de Paris® cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery due to carriers or force majeure.
8. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the products to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to justify his decision. The customer must return the products at his own expense, in their original condition and complete.
9. Warranties
Products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the legal guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).
10. Responsability
Chien Chic de Paris® cannot be held responsible for damage resulting from misuse of the products. Chien Chic Paris® may not be held liable for any inconvenience or damage inherent in the use of the Internet, in particular a break in service, external intrusion or the presence of computer viruses.
11. Protection of Personal Data
The information collected on the Site is necessary for the management of orders and the improvement of services. It is intended for Chien Chic de Paris® and may be transmitted to service providers involved in order processing.
