Return and refund policy

1. Return conditions

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Return period : You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to request a return.
  • Product condition : Items must be unused, unwashed and in their original condition, with all original labels and packaging intact.
  • Exclusions : Personalized items, promotional products, gift cards, and hygiene items (such as grooming products) are not eligible for return.

2. Return procedure

To initiate a return :

  1. Please contact us : Send an e-mail to our customer service department on the Contact page, specifying your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Return instructions : Upon approval, we will provide you with detailed instructions for returning the item.
  3. Return shipping : Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense, unless the return is due to an error on our part or to a defective product.

3. Refunds

  • Refund processing : Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an e-mail to inform you of the validation or refusal of your refund.
  • Refund time : If your return is approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
  • Restocking fees : Restocking fees may apply, depending on circumstances.

4. Exchanges

We will only replace items if they are faulty or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us on the Contact page.

5. Delivery problems

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately on the Contact page with photos of the item received, and we will correct the error as soon as possible.
